iPhoto 9.1.2 also fixes problems with some iPhoto 5 libraries not upgrading correctly. Plus, your design tools in print project panels are now accessible via separate Layout and Options buttons. It now lets you drag-select multiple book pages when in All Pages view and it preserves photo backgrounds in your books when book type is changed. Hope it can be resolved quickly for you.The 106MB download addresses an issue that prevented the zoom slider from being accessible in Magnify (1-Up) view, another one where toolbars were not auto-hiding in full screen view as well as minor formatting issues with book, card and calendar themes. Sorry to get you in to an unworkable state. BUT - not something I have done before and I cannot gaurantee success.

I *think* you'd have to install a previous version from DVD (and probably trash the current app) if you have it and then apply updates from Software Update or from here. I have not downgraded an app before, so please don't feel obliged to listen to me since I already messed you up. If you fall in to the criteria of recent purchased Mac with pre-installed iLife and unable to download pending update from Mac App Store, advise Apple of this and they will need to contact the iTunes folk to provide redemption codes. I'm afraid the only thing I can recommend at this stage is to contact Apple Support. But apparently if not present will not allow the app to launch although not in all cases?

My iMac was also preinstalled with Lion and I have not been prompted to or can find an option to register iLife. Run software update and iPhoto 9.2 will now show as available □īut seeing as 9.2 seems to be buggy and crashing, mayhaps wait for another update □ as I am.
